ABSTRACT
The third pregnancy of a 32-year-old woman was evaluated with serial ultrasonographies because she had vaginal bleedings since the beginning of pregnancy. At 13 weeks of pregnancy, ultrasonography revealed fetal hydrocephalus. The diagnosis was confirmed in the aborted fetus and by anatomopathological findings. To the best of our knowledge, this was the earliest prenatal diagnosis of this condition.
