ABSTRACT

The meso- and metathoracic imaginal discs protein pattern in D. melanogaster wild type and Contrabithorax (Cbx) mutant were analyzed by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Some qualitative differences were detected between the wild type and Cbx mesothoracic pattern.
