A dicentric T(22;22) translocation associated with recurrent abortions and a normal fetal karyotype

ABSTRACT

This paper describes a dic(22;22) (pter;pter) translocation in a patient with multiple spontaneous abortions. The normal chromosome constitution of one of the aborted fetuses probably resulted from the dissociation of this translocated chromosome.
