ABSTRACT
One family, composed of the proband, his mother and sister, presenting the Oto-PalatoDigital (OPD) Syndrome, is described. Only four families have been previously described, for a total of 21 affected persons, not including isolated cases. Increased bone density was not present in the family studied here.
