ABSTRACT

A case of dup(10) (q24 —>gter) is reported in a girl born to a woman with a balanced translocation t(7;10) (p22;q24). Clinical and cytogenetic data concerning 46 cases of partial trisomy 10q are reviewed.

Keywords: trisomy; child born; translocation.
